The Fighting Illini looked good last night in their 86-48 win over the Kangaroos. The game started a bit slow but the newly constructed Illini team showed flashes of brilliance and perhaps promising things to come for Fighting Illini fans.

The Illini victory was a nice tune up for the Illini’s Monday game with Monmouth and the Illini’s first big test of the season when they meet the eight-ranked UCLA Bruins on Friday night.
